Sales Assistant

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the JBS Imports team. This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day supervision of activities to provide the service levels to our customers that we expect

Assist, manage, and maintain coordination in the order creation and customer delivery process with customers, internal sales, and logistics teams

Ensure sale objectives are met within company strategies

Provide high-level sales support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, etc.

Track and assist with contract generation

Enter sales and purchase orders

Create spreadsheets, charts, tables, presentations, reports, etc. in support of the sales team

Answer and screen telephone calls

Assist with special projects

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal, phone, presentation, and written communication skills

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at the same time while prioritizing workload

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

Base salary range of $20-$21/hr; and
