Essential Duties/Responsibilities :
Develop analytical frameworks, tools, dashboards, and techniques to measure and report on key sales pipeline metrics.
Work with Commercial leaders and Finance Business Partner to identify and create new reports and dashboards that enable deeper analysis of commercial trends and insights.
Define key business metrics for Commercial Operations that must be well monitored and operationalized
Use sales analytics to improve pipeline management, forecasting and sales coaching
SME for salesforce analytics (Qlik and Salesforce Tableau CRM).
Develop data models and tools to guide salesforce and territory design decisions.
Drive data accessibility and culture by helping the Commercial Team understand, observe, and action data.
Serve as the liaison between the Commercial Team and the Business Analytics Team.
Provide input to data governance projects for MDM and Sales Operations teams to execute.
Review commercial data to identify trends and convert into improved sales processes and tactics.
Introduce new data elements into our analytics platform that will drive predictive analysis.
Direct commercial analytics initiatives from ideation through production and adoption.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business or equivalent regional certification.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 7 years of industry experience in marketing, finance, or sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Deep knowledge of commercial processes & tools and the key operational metrics that impact growth.
Strong project management skills.
The ability to tell a story using data from multiple data sources.
Experience working in a matrix environment where creating collaboration and influence are required for generating results.
Interpersonal skills, relationship builder & team player
High proficiency with using Qlik or similar analytics tools.
Strong acumen in structured problem solving is required.
