Description We are looking for a skilled Sales Support team member to join our team on a contract basis in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing sales processes, analyzing data trends, and enhancing communication strategies within the healthcare and social assistance industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments and leverage analytical tools to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and areas for improvement, offering actionable recommendations to boost conversions.

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media ad tools.

Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to visualize key performance metrics and trends.

Design and execute A/B testing strategies for campaigns, landing pages, and communication tactics, providing detailed reports on findings and recommendations.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve overall efficiency using data-driven insights.

Conduct call center performance analysis using metrics such as wait times and abandonment rates, providing insights to improve patient communication.

Develop predictive models to enhance patient retention and care delivery processes.

Ensure all data processes adhere to privacy, security, and compliance standards, maintaining proper documentation for data governance.

Present analytical findings to executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Maintain consistent tagging protocols and interoperability standards across platforms to ensure seamless data integration. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, marketing operations, or customer experience optimization.

Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.

Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

Demonstrated expertise in analyzing marketing funnels and digital advertising performance.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.

Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is highly preferred.

Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards, with the ability to document processes effectively. TalentMatch®
