Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. This Contract position involves supporting sales operations and supply chain activities within the plastics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to meet customer needs and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Process and track customer orders to ensure timely and complete delivery.

Manage item setup, pricing updates, and promotional entries in customer portals and internal systems.

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to address inquiries about inventory availability, product specifications, pricing, and order status.

Collect and analyze data to assist in sales forecasting and planning efforts.

Prepare customer presentations, track promotional schedules, and maintain account-level performance scorecards.

Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to align production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand.

Monitor order flow through the supply chain, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or shipment errors.

Support seasonal product launches, new introductions, and account-specific programs.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements for routing guides, labeling, and packaging standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer data within company platforms. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, customer logistics, or order management within a retail or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in systems such as NetSuite and sales tools like Salesforce.

Knowledge of retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, and e-commerce operations is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage inbound calls and customer inquiries effectively.

Experience in auditing, billing functions, and fulfillment processes.

Familiarity with inventory management and coordination.
