What You Will Do
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, considering material availability, machine capacity, labor resources, and customer delivery requirements.
Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, material shortages, or unforeseen production issues.
Monitor the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a smooth production process
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Track production progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and potential risks.
Generate regular reports on production status, on-time delivery performance, and inventory levels.
Proactively communicate production issues, delays, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and control processes.
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding production status and delivery commitments.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
