Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Pontiac, Michigan. In this role, you will support account managers by handling administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in administrative work.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with account managers to prepare quotes, contracts, and invoices for clients.

Track and review project productivity reports and personnel timesheets to ensure accuracy.

Assist in the creation and management of documentation for construction projects.

Process and review project invoices while handling project-related requests.

Draft and maintain letters of intent, contracts, and client correspondence.

Develop and update Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data effectively.

Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Support other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Strong mathematical skills for handling pricing, quotes, and invoicing.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn internal software systems such as NetSuite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
