THE WORK:

You'll develop and coordinate project schedules based on execution strategies.

You'll review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality assurance.

You'll assess change orders and amendments for their impact on cost and timelines.

You'll conduct time impact analyses to evaluate delays and claims.

You'll support and participate in change order negotiations.

You'll perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses.

You'll identify schedule-related issues and recommend corrective actions or innovative solutions.

You'll conduct site visits to monitor and report on project progress.

You'll review contractor schedule updates and prepare narratives for management decision-making.

You'll evaluate contractor recovery plans and determine schedule feasibility.

You'll perform cost and expenditure analyses to support project phases.

You'll create cost-loaded schedules for accurate cash flow forecasting.

You'll apply contract policies within BuildLACCD guidelines and communicate findings effectively.

$158,836 - $174,720 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling

Experience with time impact analysis

Experience with construction claims and change orders

Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties
