Raytheon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to provide leadership across the RVS BCT SEAKR SUI (SIM), ensuring business strategies, financial objectives and functional standard work is incorporated in all aspects of business execution; (Captures, SRO, S&OP, Goal Alignment). RVS is an internal Raytheon factory. BCT / SEAKR / SUI are all wholly owned subsidiaries that are under the RTX umbrella.
What You Will Do
Partner across functions during program execution to ensure program milestones and deliveries are met (working with cross functional partners to support day-to-day business operations).
Engage with supply base to meet both tactical and strategic objectives in support of the programs. (Supplier selection, cost quality and schedule management).
Identify and develop talent pipelines for the Supply Chains functions (Training, coaching, experiential opportunities).
Provide operations and supply chain (OSC) leadership and resources to support forecasting and capture processes in support of new business (S&OP).
Drive performance to clear backlog and drive positive productivity through the organization.
Be accountable for OSC cost, schedule, and quality.
Generate production and sustainment plans, make/where plans, and write manufacturing sections of technical proposals.
Interfaces with Customers ensuring satisfactory standards of service.
Coordinate & develop OSC requirements for all gate reviews & execute proposed strategies.
Overall ownership of the Supplier Management process.
Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs.
Prepare and conduct verbal and visual presentations of OSC activities, plans, tasks, and/or delivery outlooks and program-level information.
Domestic travel required.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of twelve (12) years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum ten (10) years' experience.
Minimum ten (10) years' experience in a supply chain role.
Minimum eight (8) years' experience in a program/project management role.
Supervisory experience as a hiring manager, lead, supervisor or relevant job title that required activities such as performance reviews, hiring, coaching and performance related activities.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualification We Prefer
Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) reviews and approval via common product data management (PDM).
Experience with Six Sigma/CORE tools and/or similar applications.
Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this role is 162,000 USD - 326,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
