Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Long Beach, California. This is a Contract to permanent position ideal for someone passionate about real estate management and skilled at ensuring the operational performance of assigned properties. The role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth daily operations of assigned properties, meeting both financial and performance objectives.

Provide administrative support to the property management team, including filing, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Maintain organized and accurate records using systems like Yardi Voyager to manage property data and financial transactions.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Handle switchboard operations for phone lines, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including sourcing and managing service providers.

Oversee account management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Assist with tenant relations, responding to requests and ensuring a positive experience for all occupants.

Monitor property performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

Support team initiatives by contributing to process improvements and sharing knowledge to optimize operations. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in real estate management preferred.

Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager for a minimum of 2 years is required.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and interact professionally with clients and management.
