Primary Role The Corporate Controller department is seeking a Financial Systems Support Analyst to support our accounting and reporting teams. Our Financial System Support team will provide oversight and support the function and maintenance of financial systems, actively participate in the implementation and upgrades to existing systems, as well as troubleshoot issues for our users in finance and accounting, including monthly and quarterly close support. The position will coordinate regular patches and updates with IT to keep all systems and users working, additionally, there is a growth area around upgrading and identifying process improvements to the various modules. Key Accountabilities Provide support to the function and maintenance of financial system including, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion and Blackline Assist with system testing, documentation and operating procedures and projects (i.e. upgrades, new system implementations) Assists end-user community with technical solutions and support in identifying, resolving and/or advancing issues encountered in business systems Performs setups in the systems to include but not limited to chart of accounts values in the general ledger and maintenance of financial tables. Also, maintain documentation to document related to setups Assist with the development of and deliver of training programs for various financial applications Translate business requirements to system functional requirements Develop and maintain an expert level of functional knowledge of the applications Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers Assure compliance on systems' SOX requirements and protocols including, access control, COA maintenance, and change management across various applications. Experience/Education Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, information science, or related business field is required Basic knowledge of finance operations Minimum of three years of financial information systems experience is preferred Specific experience with SAP, Hyperion and/or Blackline highly desirable Scope Know, understand and follow departmental and company policies and procedures, and contacts that govern the work environment.
