Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in West Hollywood, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to support and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between teams, maintaining customer relationships, and driving efficiency in sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel plans, and preparing sales materials.

Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely updates to both customers and internal teams.

Maintain and update customer records and sales databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and accounts.

Respond to inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Generate detailed sales reports and performance metrics to support decision-making and strategy development.

Assist with customer retention activities by conducting follow-up calls and gathering feedback to strengthen relationships.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for business growth.

Support cross-departmental collaboration by working closely with marketing, finance, and logistics to align efforts and meet company objectives.

Help organize and execute sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong proficiency in CRM tools, data processing software, and reporting systems such as Crystal Reports.

Familiarity with ADP Financial Services, Concur, and other financial or scheduling systems is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in handling administrative tasks such as managing documentation, correspondence, and event planning.

Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
