Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer II, you will be part of the production support team, driving efficiency and innovation in catheter manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Provide support to the manufacturing and product development organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area.

Monitor and develop the performance of equipment, machines, and tools, addressing any issues that affect product quality.

Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes, aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Analyze and solve complex problems using engineering principles and innovative approaches.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external customers to integrate new products or processes into existing manufacturing areas.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years of related work experience in manufacturing, specifically in catheter manufacturing.

Basic technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Willingness to mentor and support new engineers and employees.
