Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description

As an Inside Sales Support Account Manager Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team by managing and processing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential administrative support. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication. Additionally, you will assist with order entry, track orders, manage order processing, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate records for internal use. Collaboration with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication is key, as is providing product information and resolving any customer issues.

Responsibilities

Promptly respond to customer calls and emails to provide excellent service and communication.

Assist with order entry, tracking orders, and managing order processing.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records for internal use.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Provide product information and resolve any customer issues.

Essential Skills

Data entry and administrative assistance skills.

Customer service and order entry experience.

3 plus years of relevant experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to @type 60 WPM accurately.

Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

High degree of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior customer service or sales account management experience.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proactive problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude.

QuickBooks experience is helpful, though proficiency in ODOO is required.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with standard hours from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The company is a small, rapidly growing entity established 19 years ago, offering a supportive atmosphere. Benefits include 401k matching, health insurance, life insurance, and vacation. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
