Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives.
As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you'll focus on enhancing our clients' work and asset management capabilities. You'll collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring better working assets.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs.
As a Manager, you will manage and deliver client engagements, often interacting at an executive level. You will also engage in sales and practice development activities, increasing value and efficiency. You'll mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
Provide Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) consulting services to EAM clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
Minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS consulting services to EAM clients.
Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed.
Willingness to manage significant travel depending on the time of year. Must have a valid driver's license.

Utility experience is a major plus.
Experience with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile Services.

Experience with SAP EAM, Infor EAM, and/or Oracle products.
EAM Configuration tools experience is desired.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
