In the Digital Marketing Team, our mission is to manage and optimize the digital engagement with all customers across our owned channels within the Xbox and Blizzard networks. We are tasked with the end-to-end process and execution for websites, emails, console, pc and partner channel integration, and are focused on the strategy of maximizing the engagement with each customer with a one-to-one mindset.
As a member of the team, you'll be part of the larger Central Marketing Services group, tasked with all general marketing strategy and operations for the products, games and services within the Xbox Gaming ecosystem. As the Director of Marketing Operations for Blizzard, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of both FTE and Agency resources that are tasked with ensuring configuration and execution of marketing campaigns that will be delivered on our Owned, Operated, and Paid channels across Blizzard Digital Marketing Groups. You and the team you'll oversee will ensure not only efficient operations and consistent deliverables, but also evolving our operational processes, tools, and team-wide project management as a discipline.

Responsibilities
Operational Expertise
Define and lead the operational framework that is used by the team to coordinate campaign intake, processing, configuration and execution across all channels.
Oversee and manage the operational teams for both Xbox and Blizzard - consisting of Full-time employees (FTE's), Contractors, Vendors, and Agencies.
Strategic Leadership
Collaborate with internal partner teams and internal customer teams on needs, prioritization and executional goals in a client-service relationship.
Oversee general Process optimization and governance for the team- evaluating and evolving how we operate in a continuous improvement methodology.
Budgets and Goals
Oversee the operational and project budget spends for the team throughout the year, tracking our expenditures vs. our individual lines and projects.
Setup and track a goals and projects framework across the team - keeping our work focused on major milestones and reporting up to leadership on our progress on each progress.
Agency and Partner Management
Oversee and manage the agency relationships for the team, including service scope and agreements, change orders, and Request for Proposals (RFP's).
Work with Agencies on Service Level agreements, and manage discrepancies on deliverables on the day to day as they arise.
Manage and approve all access for data and internal services for Agency employees, ensuring proper service augmentation.
Key Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a central point of contact for the cross team leadership to work with on all operational needs and processes.
Actively participate with the other strategic leaders on the global success of the Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in Project Management and Internal Marketing operations, strategic marketing, or a related field.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Proven track record of operational process excellence on managed services business, as well as extensive experience in change management within complex corporate environments.
Integrated Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
