As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Location in Merry Hill, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .
As an unarmed patrol officer in a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with staff and visitors. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, always acting with integrity and putting people first.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and managing visitor logs as required by the location.
Collaborate with site staff and management to address concerns and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
