As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Facility in Merry Hill, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .
As an unarmed patrol officer at this food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with staff and visitors. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and deliveries within the location.
Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and coordinating with site personnel as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
