Administrative Assistant I - Investment Financial Administrator

Location: Willow Park, TX

About Us:

Our customer is a growing investment planning firm dedicated to helping clients reach their financial goals. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to investment planners and management.

Manage scheduling, prepare reports, and coordinate client communications.

Maintain client records and assist with onboarding.

Help with compliance documentation and regulatory tasks.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

Experience with investing or financial planning is required.

Prior administrative experience, preferably in financial services or investment planning (not banking).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Experience with CRM or financial planning software is a plus.
