A Child's Place is a n Early Childhood P rogram where children of all abilities learn and grow together.

Currently, our Troy location is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to be a part of th e team!

Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to all staff in an efficient manner as needed.

Will work with doctor's offices and families to ensure that all required documentation is up to date.

Assure confidentiality of all student/staff and applicable program records.

Manage children's files not only for the current school year but maintain the overall rotation and storage of the files as years progress.

Maintain records of storage for discontinued files , working with outside companies efficiently.

Maintain the program 's copy ing and filing requirements.

Front office duties include answering door, greeting families and visitors, answering phones, supporting needs of teachers and therapists as it relates to files and records.

Work with in a culturally and economically diverse environment.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

High School diplom a required. Minimum 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience. Must have reliable transportation. Valid and clean New York State Driver License is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and computer systems in gen eral. Please have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
