Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers with expertise in forklift operation. The role involves picking and packing orders, labeling packages, and handling items on an assembly line. This position requires standing for extended periods and working from computer-generated work orders.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts efficiently and safely.

Pick and pack orders accurately according to work orders.

Label packages correctly for distribution.

Retrieve orders from an assembly line while maintaining a steady workflow.

Stand for extended periods and manage tasks effectively while on your feet.

Read and follow work instructions from a computer screen.

Essential Skills

At least 3 months of warehouse experience.

Proficiency in forklift operation.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably.

Comfortable standing for 8-10 hours.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in warehouse distribution is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a large, open, and air-conditioned warehouse facility with around 100 employees. The environment is modern and supportive, providing all the necessary tools to perform your duties efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
