Order Pickers Needed in Anoka

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to pick parts from the warehouse for the production floor. Employees will move throughout the warehouse, predominantly on foot, to locate and retrieve the required parts. Once the parts are picked, they will be placed on carts, forklifts, or tuggers to facilitate transportation to the production floor. This enables the production team to seamlessly continue the assembly process and build units.

Responsibilities

Pick parts from the warehouse for production orders.

Utilize a cart to navigate the shop floor while picking orders and organizing products.

Assist the receiving team in checking and replenishing parts inventory.

Operate a pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.

Comfortably walk up to 5 miles or 10,000 steps per day.

Train and potentially get certified on a stand-up forklift.

Work Environment

This position is based in a very clean and large manufacturing setting, consisting of three separate buildings. The work environment includes enclosures within a large warehouse. The standard shift is from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available up to 2 hours before the shift. Mandatory Saturday overtime occurs once a month with advance notice and occasional cancellations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
