Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of industrial paint sprayers. Utilize both power and hand tools to carry out mechanical assembly tasks. You will rely on computers to follow work instructions and will assist with labeling and packaging as needed. Work collaboratively on a line with 4 to 8 other team members.

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical assembly of industrial paint sprayers using hand and power tools.

Read and follow work instructions from a computer.

Assist with labeling and packaging of assembled products.

Work collaboratively on an assembly line with a team of 4 to 8 people.

Essential Skills

1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Mechanical assembly experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools, gained either on the job or through personal projects.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Good computer skills for reading and following work instructions.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.

A mechanically inclined mindset with experience in home renovations or working on cars.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
