Position Summary

General Summary/Responsibilities:

The Systems Analyst supports and analyzes Fidelity's IT Systems, including PC workstations, laptops, servers, peripherals, software and telephones. Also provides support of communications on WAN/LAN as well as remote connectivity. He/She provides project support as required

DIMENSIONS :

· Support of IT Systems including all hardware and software

· Analyzes current hardware and software to make recommendations

· Participates in identifying, planning and deploying Fidelity's IT needs

· Provides IT support for daily operations

Qualifications

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

Additional requirements:

§ Type of degree : associates

§ Area of study or major : Computer Science, MIS Computer Engineering or related degree or 3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge.

§ Preferred educational qualifications : N/A

§ Position specific testing requiremen t: N/A

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: 3 or more years of technical experience

Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A

Knowledge/Skills

§Knowledge of Windows based hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, cabling and other hardware and connectivity related products§General working knowledge of telecommunication systems§Knowledge of a Windows based network including active directory along with Microsoft and other software products.§Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential§Strong training and customer service skills.§Ability to work independently
