Program Specialist I
Performs routine (journey-level) consultive services and technical assistance work. Work involves collecting, organizing, analyzing, and preparing materials related to open investigative files. Work also involves providing internal and external customer service, performing internal administrative support work, and responding to open records requests. May provide guidance to others. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
This position:
Prepares and distributes correspondence, reports, studies, forms, and documents.
Makes entries in the computer tracking system, make photocopies, and answers the telephone.
Assists attorneys and investigators with litigation, including maintaining electronic case files and hearing preparation.
Maintains communications with clients, opposing counsel, agencies, and the general public.
Assists with professional scheduling of depositions, court appearances, and client interviews.
Receives, processes, and responds to open records requests.
Reviews and redacts confidential information from investigation, complaint, and case files.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: This position requires:
One year of experience in an office environment, administrative procedures, customer service, or in a field relative to assignment.
Bachelors degree

Additional job details:
This position requires regular work attendance. The ideal candidate must be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours.
