Program Specialist I Performs routine (journey-level) consultive services and technical assistance work. Work involves collecting, organizing, analyzing, and preparing materials related to open investigative files. Work also involves providing internal and external customer service, performing internal administrative support work, and responding to open records requests. May provide guidance to others. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
