Job description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food production processes and compliance with industry regulations.

Duties -Operate and monitor machinery used in food production, ensuring optimal performance and safety. -Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and adhere to FDA regulations throughout the production process. -Perform routine sanitation of equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health standards. -Assist in the fabrication of food products according to established recipes and specifications. -Conduct basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and inventory management. -Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities produced, and quality checks. -Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and address any production issues that arise. -Participate in training sessions on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols.

Skills -Experience in food production or processing is preferred, with knowledge of CGMP and FDA regulations. -Strong basic math skills for accurate measurement and inventory tracking. -Familiarity with HACCP principles to ensure food safety throughout the production process. -Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred). -Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. -Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within a diverse workforce. -Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. -Join our team as a Production Associate, where your contributions will help us deliver high-quality food products while ensuring safety and compliance at every step of the process.
