Packaging Associate

What You'll Do:

Operate Cutting-Edge Machinery: Load plastic into state-of-the-art machines and oversee the entire production line.

Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to maintain our exceptional standards.

Efficient Packaging: Prepare products for shipment by counting, packing, labeling, and moving them to the warehouse.

Versatile Work: Rotate between different tasks every hour to keep things fresh and engage various muscle groups.

Work Environment:

This role involves working 12-hour shifts from 6AM-6:30PM or 6PM-6:30AM on a rotating 2-3-3-2 schedule. You will work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days, and then have 3 days off. The schedule is provided for the entire year, allowing you to plan accordingly.

The facility employs approximately 130 employees, and the work involves moderate physical effort.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
