Job Summary:
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including overseeing inventory control, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring safe and efficient workflows. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and optimizing processes to support organizational objectives. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Regularly leads and directs the work of other employees.
Makes recommendations for personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations carrying significant weight.
Manages the day-to-day operations of a specific team within the department.
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in handling team tasks and challenges.
Primarily engaged as a supervisor, the worker actively contributes to the management of the enterprise by assisting in employee training, assigning job duties, and participating in determining changes in employee status, while also adhering to established management policies, addressing disciplinary matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience:
Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
Minimum 2-3+ years of warehousing experience
Must be able to drive forklift and organize materials.
Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
Licensed stand up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

Requirements:
Must be over 21 years of age.
Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. Flexible availability to work both days and evenings plus some weekends.
Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
