We are looking for an Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, and the desire to actively contribute as a team member in the operation and maintenance of additive manufacturing machines.

There is one fulltime position available working 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift,

Wednesday through Saturday, 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 12:30am

The Additive Technician is an active contributor within a small team responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of additive manufacturing machines (3D Printers).

Primary responsibilities include:

Receiving and verifying metal powder

Starting printers and ensuring the beginning of the build

Monitoring builds throughout the process, and unloading parts and removing powder

Technicians will also operate bandsaws to cut off extrusions, perform media blasting and surface finishing

Qualifications:

Ability to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

Strong Communication skills

Self-motivation, organization, and ability to prioritize and execute tasks

High level of attention to detail and problem solving ability

Strong work ethic and dependable

High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Knowledge of AS9100 or other quality management systems is strongly preferred.
