Warehouse Worker $21-23/hr
Job Description
Candidates will be working in a medium-sized warehouse where they will be operating a sit-down forklift and handheld pallet jacks to supply the plant with the materials needed to keep production going. Candidates will need to be familiar with computer systems as they will be working with a computer after they pick the orders off a paper sheet. They bring in a ton of deliveries from FedEx and Amazon. Most of the products they are working with are like nuts and bolts, swivels of wire. Some products can weigh up to 50 lbs, but equipment is in place to help move them. The role involves building kits for the production facility and basic shipping and receiving duties.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down forklift and handheld pallet jacks.
Supply the plant with necessary materials to maintain production.
Pick orders from paper sheets and process them using computer systems.
Handle deliveries from FedEx and Amazon.
Work with various products, including nuts, bolts, and wire swivels, some of which weigh up to 50 lbs.
Build kits for the production facility.
Perform basic shipping and receiving duties.

Work Environment
The warehouse team consists of 5 employees and is split into three areas: WH 3 (Motors), WH 2 (medium-sized objects like nuts and bolts), and WH 1 (small nuts and bolts, where shipping and receiving is done). PPE requirements include high visibility clothing, steel-toe boots, and a hard hat. Employees may need to go to the main facility to grab or move materials using a sit-down forklift or a gator for smaller pickups. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM/4:30 PM (with rotation for early finish). Optional overtime is available on Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
