This is a full-time role on the road for an Outside Sales Specialist. Key responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing customers, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients\' MRO product needs. The Specialist will also implement and manage VMI systems, conduct training sessions, and ensure customers optimize their inventory. Daily tasks will involve field visits to customer locations, identifying opportunities to expand sales, and maintaining a consistent presence as a trusted partner.

What Youll Do:

Identify leads, manage prospects, and generate new business

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

Demonstrate and present our product line effectively

Develop and execute territory sales strategies

Meet or exceed sales goals and territory objectives

What Were Looking For:

2+ years of outside sales experience with proven results

Experience managing and growing sales territory

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Industrial sales experience or industry knowledge is a plus

ValidDrivers License(required)
