The Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas, General Trial Division seeks a

part-time, licensed attorney who is in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court

to serve the Court as Magistrate.

Primary Duties:** Will include presiding over domestic relations cases and issuing rulings.

Details:** This is a part-time position (14 hours per week), Monday through Friday two days per week.

Salary range: $36,000-$43,000/year.

Qualifications: Applicants must be a licensed attorney who is in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court and have practiced law for a minimum of 5 years. Legal experience in domestic relations cases is required, and applicants must have strong research and writing skills. Applicants must be able to begin employment in September 2026.
