Experience, Skills & Requirements for Success

7-10+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, chemicals, or related industries.

5+ years leading teams in fast-paced operational environments with demonstrated success building accountability, developing talent, and improving performance.

Proven experience managing supplier relationships, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and procurement spend optimization.

Experience supporting multi-site operations and ensuring continuity of supply in dynamic or high-demand environments.

Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze purchasing trends, evaluate cost drivers, and support EBITDA improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems, prioritize competing demands, and execute with urgency under pressure.

Strong analytical and systems capability, including ERP systems, procurement reporting, inventory analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Leadership teams to drive business results.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.

Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or distribution operations preferred.

Education & Technical Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.

APICS, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred.

Work Environment
