JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead, develop, and coach the Product Support Sales team to grow parts, service, CSA/CVA, rebuild, repair, and other Product Support opportunities across existing and prospective customers.

Establish and execute annual sales objectives and growth strategies to achieve revenue, market penetration, and profitability goals through effective territory, account, and opportunity management.

Drive Product Support growth by expanding sales of rebuilds, engines, hydraulics, drivetrain, undercarriage, G.E.T., CSA/CVA, and other value-added service solutions.

Implement Value-Based Selling (VBS) practices and strengthen team performance through coaching, professional development, and performance management.

Build strong relationships with customers, Caterpillar representatives, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, resolve issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Monitor departmental performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness while leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting evolving business needs through special projects and additional responsibilities.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and industry experience considered.

5 years' sales or sales management experience. Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Proven success driving parts and service sales growth or equivalent industry experience.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing customer relationships and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Highly organized and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
