What You Will Do:

L'Oréal USA is looking for a passionate, bright, and energetic digital candidate to join the Business Acceleration team. This role supports the development of enterprise analytics and tech capabilities to drive eCommerce growth. The Amazon Tech Accelerator is an advanced analytics suite built by L'Oréal to future-proof our retail partnerships. Launched in 2020, the tool processes 50M+ data points to turn retail inputs into actionable insights and executional excellence.

As our selling models evolve, this role is critical in partnering with engineers and analytic experts to maintain and enhance best-in-class FBA/Seller Central measurement tools. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working with automated data sets and refining them into digestible outputs. You should be scrappy, results-oriented, and a self-starter with a track record of using analytics to support the growth of an online business. This role is multi-faceted, requiring you to draw correlations between Operations, Sales, Advertising, and Financial data to identify "quick wins" and support the long-term roadmap.

Overall Responsibilities:

Functional Support: Serve as a key point of contact for the challenges of running an FBA business at scale;identifyand document necessary analytic capabilities and product features.

Data Exploration: Conduct exploratory analysis (identifyingtrends and competitive benchmarks) to help FBA brand teamsoptimizesupply chain, sales, and advertising performance.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new brand data sources andmaintainthe integrity of existing reporting pipelines.

Product Delivery: Take an active role in building, creating, and testing product enhancements and reporting across all FBA business elements.

Project Lifecycle Management: Assistinidentifyingnew opportunities to support the strategic needs of the Amazon FBA business through automation, third-party vendors, and new capabilities, helping to manage these initiatives from ideation to execution.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Educational background in a quantitative or business field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.

4+ years of industry experience in data analysis, Product Management, or Project Management within a digital or tech-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and support business cases.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker, or similar).

Technical/Management Versatility: Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and database manipulation ishighly useful; however, candidates with a strong background in Product/Project Management who can translate business requirements into technical deliverables are also encouraged to apply.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Previousexperience supporting an Amazon business (specifically FBA) is a significant plus.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset suited for an entrepreneurial environment.

Strong communication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Salary Range :? $98,400 - $140,200 ? (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)??
