Job Title: Maintenance & Spare Parts Specialist

Location: On-Site | Max MU 1.45

Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 8 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hrs/week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance & Spare Parts Specialist to manage spare parts, sourcing, and maintenance operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage spare parts strategies, sourcing, and storage

Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents

Work with maintenance and procurement teams to optimize MRO processes

Communicate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and ordering strategies

Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years in Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Material Planning

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or 10+ years of relevant experience

Skills: Strong technical knowledge, Excel proficiency, and experience with maintenance systems like Maximo
