Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Scottsburg, IN

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am

What's the Job?

Monitor product coming off molding machines for defects

Check products against visual examples for quality assurance

Pack products according to written instructions and packing standards

Trim excess fragments from molded parts as needed

Count and organize parts for efficient packing and shipping

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or assembly

Ability to perform quality checks and operate molding presses

Background check and drug test required

Willingness to complete a walk-through prior to starting
