Accounts Payable/Credit Card Administrator

Robert Half • Mason, OH • 3h ago

Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Credit Card Administrator to lead payables operations and oversee the company's expense and corporate card programs. This position combines team leadership with hands-on management of invoice activity, expense reporting, and credit card administration in Concur. The ideal candidate brings strong operational judgment, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to support employees while maintaining consistent policy compliance.

Responsibilities:

Direct daily accounts payable activities, ensuring invoices are reviewed, coded, entered, and paid accurately and on schedule.

Manage the organization's Concur environment, including system settings, account structures, per diem rules, business unit setup, and related configurations.

Oversee the corporate credit card program by coordinating card issuance, account maintenance, transaction monitoring, and user support across the business.

Review and approve expense submissions, address reimbursement questions, and guide employees through reporting issues to improve the overall user experience.

Perform credit card and expense reconciliations, investigate mismatches, and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.

Support vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations to confirm completeness and accuracy in accounts payable records.

Partner with internal stakeholders to enforce expense and payment policies while identifying and correcting noncompliant activity.

Troubleshoot Concur-related problems, including duplicate entries and other system issues, and recommend process improvements where needed.

Assist with invoice posting and broader AP support as needed, including work tied to a growing user population in the U.S. and internationally.

Requirements

Proven experience leading accounts payable operations, including full-cycle invoice processing and payment execution.

Hands-on expertise with Concur, particularly expense management, user administration, and back-end configuration.

Background managing a corporate credit card program and supporting cardholders, reconciliations, and policy adherence.

Strong knowledge of expense reporting, reimbursements, account reconciliation, and vendor statement review.

Ability to investigate discrepancies, solve system or process issues, and communicate clearly with employees and business partners.

High attention to detail with the organizational skills needed to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience working with ERP or financial systems is preferred.
