Coordinate pre-production activities, including sample evaluation, design qualification, and proto@type production.

Create detailed drawings, work instructions, process documentation, and engineering procedures.

Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and the development of best practices.

Assist technicians and maintenance with troubleshooting, machine building, equipment assembly, and process improvements.

Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to employees at all levels.

Strong understanding of engineering materials and their properties.

Manufacturing experience with assembly, machining, fabrication, welding, or related processes.

Experience supporting new product development, proto@type builds, or production launches.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing processes in a hands-on production environment.

Experience with root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective actions.

Strong project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and return on investment when recommending improvements.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to listen carefully, ask effective questions, and work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, maintenance, production, and leadership.
