Pragmatic Delivery: Balance technical excellence with steady velocity-prioritizing incremental releases, practical scope management, and high-throughput execution through SQA.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with scientists, hardware engineers, and software quality assurance to resolve complex software-hardware integration challenges and streamline pipeline workflows.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure software engineering practices align with ISO-13485 regulatory frameworks and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.

Execution and Operational Transparency: Proven ability to work autonomously, estimate work accurately, timebox technical tasks, and maintain proactive, real-time communication (Jira tracking, async updates, and early blocker escalation) across engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or algorithm testing.
Background in regulated life sciences environments (ISO-13485, GMP / 21 CFR Part 11 compliance).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerized deployments.
