Lead the planning, AV/technology setup, catering, and on-site logistics for Digital Leadership Team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic offsites.
Coordinate digital team town halls and global all-hands sessions in partnership with internal communications and AV support teams.
Operational Enablement & Communications
Prepare, format, and review executive presentations, organizational communications, and team announcements using Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Track action items from executive leadership meetings, following up across cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
Manage digital distribution lists, centralized SharePoint document libraries, and digital collaboration spaces.
Financial & Procurement Administration
Reconcile travel expenses and corporate purchasing card (P-Card) accounts via Concur, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to corporate policies.
Initiate and monitor purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), and vendor invoices, serving as the administrative point of contact for external suppliers and partners.
