Account Representative / Appointment Setter

Pay: $19/hr + Uncapped Bonuses (Up to $60K+)

Location: Hybrid (In-office weekdays, remote onweekends)

Overview

We are seeking

driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will

engage with customers, qualify their needs, and schedule in-home product demonstrations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer appointments

Qualify leads by identifying needs and confirming appointment readiness

Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone

Address objections and confidently secure appointments

Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of sales, collections, or call center experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a goal-oriented, metrics-driven environment

Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems

Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work

Schedule & Training

MondayFriday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

One weekend day required (remote)

1 Month of paid, in-office training (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Weekly pay

Uncapped bonuses (eligible from day one)

High-performing employees may transition into permanent roles and advance into operations, scheduling optimization, or support teams within their first year. Upon permanent hire, compensation transitions to a base rate plus commission (average earnings exceed $22/hour).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
