As a Security Officer Unarmed Tablet Patrol in Boston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.

Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns.

Document incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
