The PMO is preparing to launch a significant portfolio of newly approved initiatives across consumer lending, payments, retail banking, deposit operations, and digital banking. The Project Manager will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and other members of the PMO to define project scope, establish plans, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives from scoping through implementation. The successful candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and driving the day-to-day details necessary to keep projects moving. They should be able to build credibility with stakeholders, communicate challenges early, and maintain accountability.

Requirements:

Direct experience with the Clutch lending platform or Jack Henry a major plus.

Credit union or regional bank project-management experience.

Lending platform, payments, retail deposit or digital banking experience.

Vendor management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex consumer-lending, auto-finance, and financial-services projects from initiation through implementation.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities across internal stakeholders, technology teams, operations teams, and third-party vendors.

Establish and maintain the appropriate project-governance framework.

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, decision-making sessions, and executive-level communications.

Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Manage vendor responsibilities, commitments, delivery dates, and implementation activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lawrence, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
