Bilingual Associate PACE Specialist (Spanish)
Location: 100% Remote
Eligible States: California, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled within either 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST or 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a bilingual Associate PACE Specialist to support homeowners throughout the financing application process. This is an entry-level, development-focused opportunity for someone interested in growing their knowledge of financing, customer engagement, pipeline management, and consultative sales.
In this position, you will communicate directly with homeowners, provide application updates, collect outstanding documentation, re-engage prospective customers, and help keep applications moving forward. You will work closely with experienced PACE Specialists while receiving ongoing training, coaching, and development.

What Youll Do
Support PACE Specialists with the management and follow-up of homeowner applications
Contact homeowners by phone, email, and text to provide application status updates
Identify outstanding requirements and help customers keep their applications moving forward
Assist homeowners with collecting and submitting required documentation
Follow up with prospective customers who have not completed the application process
Re-engage aged or previously unresponsive leads to determine whether they would like to restart the financing process
Answer routine customer questions and escalate more complex situations to the appropriate team member
Maintain accurate and timely customer records, follow-up activities, and application updates
Coordinate with internal teams and participating contractors to resolve application or project-related issues
Build working knowledge of PACE eligibility, underwriting requirements, program guidelines, processes, and consumer protections
Maintain consistent follow-up and provide a responsive, professional customer experience
Participate in training, coaching, call shadowing, and professional development activities
Meet established customer engagement, productivity, pipeline management, and performance expectations
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and follow-up activities
Customer-focused approach with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Ability to learn financing programs, eligibility requirements, systems, and processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping
Ability to work remotely from one of the approved states
Two or more years of experience in customer service, inside sales, financial services, call center operations, or another customer-facing role
Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management system preferred
Experience managing customer follow-up, leads, or a sales pipeline preferred
Interest in developing into a consultative sales position preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
