Advantive is building an AI-first commercial organization. This role is the embedded operational partner for one or more Business Units, the person the GM calls when they need the real number, not the optimistic one. You'll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and work directly with GM and functional leadership to drive forecast accuracy, visibility, and disciplined execution. This is not a reporting role.

What You'll Own

? Partner directly with GMs to track Business Unit performance, flag risk and opportunity early, and drive execution against strategic priorities.

? Build and maintain the weekly bookings forecast, pipeline analysis, productivity reporting, and performance dashboards GMs actually use.

? Prepare the executive-ready reporting, presentations, and business narrative for weekly operating reviews, the version that gets read, not skimmed.

? Run scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling that holds up under real questions.

? Drive the weekly forecast inspection and operating cadence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Professional Services.

? Build the KPIs that make pipeline health, bookings, conversion, customer performance, and execution visible, not buried in a spreadsheet.

? Find the process gaps that are quietly costing predictability, and fix them.

? Support acquisition integrations and strategic initiatives, coordinating planning, tracking milestones, measuring impact.

? Use AI to automate recurring reporting, summarize performance, and surface trends nobody has time to dig for manually.

? Build trust across Business Unit leadership and drive execution without direct authority. Influence is the job.

What Success Looks Like

? GMs treat you as the source of truth on their business, not just the person who sends the deck.

? The weekly forecast holds up, and surprises get caught before the number does.

? Business Unit dashboards and KPIs are something leadership actually opens, not something that gets built and ignored.

? Acquisition integration and strategic initiative milestones are tracked and hit, not chased after the fact.

? AI is doing the recurring reporting and trend-spotting that used to take hours out of your week.

? 4 to 6 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, FP&A, Strategy, Consulting, or GTM Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.

? Advanced Salesforce reporting and advanced Excel/financial modeling are second nature to you.

? You've built executive dashboards and reporting that leadership actually relies on.

? Strong executive presentation skills and sharp analytical problem-solving.

? You've operated in a B2B SaaS environment and know the pace.

? Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience, experience supporting executive leadership teams, AI-powered analytics tools, and private equity-backed company experience are all a plus.
