Product Quality Analyst at Uline, you\'ll build expertise in your
assigned product lines, using customer feedback and product insights to
uphold Uline\'s high standards. Partner with teams and vendors to
investigate quality concerns, identify solutions and improve the

stability you can count on. Position Responsibilities Serve as Uline\'s
quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments
and product returns to enhance product quality and customer
satisfaction. Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and
warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and
credit process. Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure
all products meet Uline\'s quality standards. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree. Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and
organizational skills. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
