Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA - Evening Shift

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional care to our residents on our evening shift.

About the Role

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team

Assisting with medication administration and reporting any concerns

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration

Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Participate in care planning and documentation, including resident assessments and progress reports

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication

Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
