We are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist for our Aftermarket Division in Auburn Hills, MI.

What you can look forward to as Marketing Specialist ?

Help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.

Developing marketing content and sales enablement materials.

Coordinate customer engagement events such as trainings and tradeshows, managing customer communications and digital channels, and monitoring campaign performance through analytics and reporting.

Support marketing planning and budget management while identifying opportunities to optimize program effectiveness and marketing ROI.

Other tasks as assigned.

Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office.

Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and meetings; less than 10% of time.

Your profile as Marketing Specialist:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications and/or journalism.

Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred 3+) in marketing, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.

Strong project management experience working with internal teams and external agencies

Strong business acumen with ability to track expenses, balance a budget and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing disciplines including creative development, platforms, media, analytics, and performance measurement including but not limited to: -Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva-Google Ads, SEMrush, Power BI, Salesforce CRM-Social media platforms and management tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Hootsuite)
