The Target Pay Range for this position is $99,330 - $124,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose/Overview
The Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager will serve as the primary owner of marketing analytics and performance measurement, transforming data into clear, actionable insights that drive stronger business performance. This role owns attribution, ROI measurement, customer journey analytics, and closed-loop reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing performance measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue impact.
Build and manage marketing dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting using business intelligence and visualization tools to provide actionable insights to marketing and business leaders.
Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, email, paid media, events, content marketing, and demand generation programs, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and return on investment.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish reporting requirements, and ensure alignment between marketing objectives and business outcomes.
Own marketing reporting and analytics within Salesforce and HubSpot, including campaign tracking, lead attribution, funnel analysis, lifecycle reporting, opportunity influence, and pipeline performance measurement.
Develop and maintain lead funnel reporting, tracking prospects from initial engagement through marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), opportunities, and closed-won business.
Monitor and analyze lead quality, campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition trends, and pipeline velocity to provide recommendations that improve marketing and sales performance.
Create and manage attribution models to measure marketing's contribution to revenue and support strategic investment decisions across marketing channels and programs.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, and reporting systems through regular audits and process improvements.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to improve CRM data quality, campaign tracking standards, lead routing processes, and reporting methodologies.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced analysis of customer, campaign, web, and sales data, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to support business decisions, budget planning, forecasting, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other analytics platforms to automate reporting and improve visibility into marketing performance.
Support annual planning processes by providing performance insights, forecasting models, benchmark data, and recommendations for marketing investment optimization.
Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner.
Continuously evaluate emerging analytics technologies, measurement methodologies, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities and decision-making effectiveness.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, revenue marketing, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Experience developing marketing attribution models, performance measurement frameworks, and ROI reporting.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is required, including campaign tracking, lead lifecycle management, pipeline reporting, and marketing-to-sales performance analysis.
Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, and business intelligence solutions.
Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in KPI development, attribution modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Proficiency with Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including reporting, dashboard creation, campaign performance analysis, lead management, and CRM data governance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills.
Travel
